Vinnie is a lovingly restored vintage caravan, reimagined as an intimate bar for the moments worth slowing down for. Crystal glassware, warm brass fittings, a soft neon glow — every detail considered, nothing left to chance.

She travels light and sets up anywhere: a coastal lawn, a vineyard, a marquee, your own backyard. Wherever she lands, the evening tends to gather around her.

Every booking is a full-service bar experience. You supply the drinks — Vinnie supplies everything else.

Where does Vinnie travel to?

Vinnie is based in Auckland and travels throughout the greater Auckland region at no extra cost. For events further afield, we're happy to travel — a per-kilometre rate applies beyond our free radius, and we'll always confirm this upfront in your quote.

Do you supply the alcohol?

We don't hold a liquor licence, so drinks are supplied by you. Vinnie provides the bar, the staff, the glassware and the styling — you simply let us know what you'd like served, and we'll take care of the rest.

How many guests can Vinnie cater for?

Vinnie comfortably serves intimate gatherings through to larger celebrations. For events over roughly 70 guests, we recommend an additional staff member to keep service unhurried — we'll advise on this when you enquire.

What do you need from the venue?

Firm, level ground and reasonable access for the caravan. A power outlet is preferred for lighting and refrigeration, though we can discuss off-grid options if needed. We'll always confirm venue requirements with you ahead of time.

Is a deposit or bond required?

A booking deposit secures your date, with the balance due ahead of your event. A refundable bond applies to cover any damage or breakages — full details are included in your quote.

How far in advance should I book?

Summer weekends (November through April) book quickly, so we recommend enquiring 6–9 months ahead for weddings, and 6–8 weeks ahead for private and corporate events where possible.
